Tom Flood is a folk singer based in Margaret River, WA.
No backing tracks, just acoustic guitar, harmonica and banjo. Tom Flood plays American alt-country and blues, 60s folk revival songs and his own roots originals, with a little 60s and 70s pop mixed in. A set might hold Simple Twist of Fate, Boom Boom, Chocolate Jesus, Sail Away, Cupid and Sunny Afternoon. He can shape a night as folk blues, folk revival, alt-country or all his own songs, and play it plugged in or completely unplugged. He spent years playing festivals and venues up and down the NSW coast, then settled in Margaret River in 2024, where he now runs a fortnightly music club he started a year later. Recent gigs include Witchcliffe Chapel, the Taphouse in Cowaramup and Settlers, plus a support slot for Isabel Rumble. He brings a 400W PA, needs a level, dry, covered space and power,. He travels up to 200 km.
