Nye Stewart is a singer-songwriter based in Brisbane, QLD.
Nye Stewart's line-up grows with the room, from one performer to two or three, and all the way up to a full band. The music blends folk, rock, blues and country into something easy to like, and it suits most venues and crowds. Expect songs from Paul Kelly, JJ Cale, Colin Hay, Eric Clapton, Chris Stapleton, Keb' Mo' and Ben Harper, reaching back to Muddy Waters and across to Bruce Springsteen. Nye has released two studio albums and a run of live EPs, has toured around Australia and overseas, and has shared stages with some well-known Australian acts. All the gear comes along, sized for the room; reliable power is the only request. PA and lighting hire are available too. Nye is based in Brisbane, holds public liability cover and travels up to 200 km.
