The Mountain Dew band

Somewhere in a night with The Mountain Dew band, the tables get pushed back and the room learns a bush dance. The band teaches the steps as well as playing them, so nobody needs to know what they're doing beforehand. The music mixes Irish, country and Aussie songs, old ones and newer ones, and the whole point is getting people singing and on their feet. There's a duo line-up and a trio line-up, with accordion and guitar in the mix. Every bit of gear comes with them, and power is the one thing they'll ask you for. Pubs, weddings and parties are where they usually play, and they travel up to 200 km from Goulburn.
