Swifty

Swifty's show is a voice, an electro-acoustic guitar and Dave, a Japanese drum machine. The songs are classics from the 50s up to 1990, and there's plenty of chat between them, usually with a funny story or two. Some of the best come from Swifty's time as tour manager for the Cornish comedian Jethro. Before coming to Australia, Swifty spent 25 years gigging solo in the UK, Denmark, France and Switzerland. It's a good match for a club or pub room that likes a yarn with its music. Based in Jimboomba, Queensland, and travels up to 100 km.
