Ruby Jane

Ruby Jane writes and sings country music in two moods. Some songs are slow, sad cowboy numbers, and others are quick, catchy tunes built for tapping feet and slapping knees. She comes from Geelong in Victoria and has been crowned Australia's national busking champion, which says a fair bit about holding the attention of people who were only passing by. Her debut EP, Honky Tonk Dreamer, has six tracks. She's a singer-songwriter first, so a booking brings her own country songs to the room, sung by the person who wrote them.
