Pipers of Distinction

Pipers of Distinction can send a single piper to play your bride down the aisle or a full pipe band of 40 for a parade ground. Piping is their full-time work, the players are Grade 1 standard, and they turn up on time, properly dressed, with your chosen tune already rehearsed. The pipes are acoustic and carry on their own, so usually there's nothing to set up. For something less traditional, they can bring an electronic bagpipe that plays in other keys alongside different musicians, or play over modern backing tracks, Ed Sheeran's Perfect among them. The Sydney group has also taught and performed in Scotland, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Cambodia and 27 Chinese cities. A standard booking covers 90 minutes, with longer call-outs for big events or film work. They're fully insured and travel nationwide.
