Nick McColl's voice is raspy, and the music sits where country meets blues. The Melbourne singer-songwriter plays original songs about life, love and the road, and plays them regularly in Melbourne and around regional Victoria. The appeal is the storytelling, so Nick fits a country pub, a winery afternoon or a venue where the crowd came to listen. Outside of shows, Nick writes songs with a wide range of Australian artists across different genres, and a batch of new songs is being prepared for release. Classic country and gritty blues are the two big influences.
