Lachlan McSwain

The sound of the pipes carries, which is why Lachlan McSwain gets asked for the moments that need to be heard: a wedding ceremony, a farewell at a funeral, a big sporting occasion. He has been piping for more than 30 years, including in competition at the highest level. His work also has a less traditional side. He toured the world with The Go Set, putting bagpipes into contemporary rock. Celtic and Irish music are his home ground. Lachlan is based in North Melbourne and travels nationwide.
