Keely Johnson

Kids' shows are where most of Keely Johnson's work happens, and she has a full children's show ready to go. For grown-ups she switches to country rock and will take on most other genres as well. She sings solo, with or without guitar, and has the gear to reach a big crowd or keep it small. Covers lean on Reba McEntire, Shania Twain, Merle Haggard, Martina McBride, Olivia Newton-John and Danielle Bradbery, alongside originals like Fierce, Kiss Dirt and Turn This to Gold. Fierce was also her debut album, and she took it on a 16-town Queensland tour. Keely works as a motivational speaker too. She needs power and cover for her equipment, carries her own public liability insurance, and travels nationwide from Townsville.
