Jaque Azevedo

Jaque Azevedo is a Brazilian violinist in Sydney who arrives with amplifiers and needs nothing from the venue, not even a power supply. That leaves the violin free to follow the day, from the ceremony to the reception and on into the party. The repertoire runs to more than 200 songs across pop, R&B, Latin and the classics, and you can choose from the list or ask for something that isn't on it. It starts with a chat about the atmosphere you're after and which moments of the day want a soundtrack. Jaque plays solo or with a group or band, performs at proposals, christenings, funerals and shows as well as weddings, carries public liability insurance and travels nationwide.
