Con Whelan

Traditional country is Con Whelan's great love, and the show is one voice and one guitar, played live with no backing tracks. Con writes and sings original songs and mixes them with covers from the old country catalogue. It's an honest, unplugged sort of sound, which suits a country dance, a club or a wedding with a bush flavour, anywhere older country fans will know the tunes. Con is based in Nubeena and travels anywhere in Tasmania.
