Casper (part of Modselecta)

Casper is the keyboard player you call when a band needs someone who can read the style fast. Trained in jazz piano at the Conservatorium of Amsterdam, graduating in 2012, Casper has spent the 15 years since gigging and touring as a session player out of Annandale in Sydney's inner west. The work covers jazz, funk, R&B, house and electronic music. Session credits include Petula Clark, Jarryd James, ANGE, Erin Badman, the Late Night Orchestra and Teije Hylkema, principal cellist with Opera Australia. That range suits a jazz set over dinner, or a spot in a live house or funk line-up later on.
