Blue Persuasion

Blue Persuasion play the blues with some rock, funk and soul worked into the mix, and it's a band that wants people dancing. The set leans on the old masters, with songs from Muddy Waters, Freddie King, Howlin' Wolf and BB King, then moves forward through Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, Dr Feelgood and Joe Bonamassa. A few bluesy rock numbers from the Rolling Stones find their way in too. Put them in front of a room that cheers a long guitar solo and they're in their element. The band is based in Brisbane and travels nationwide.
