Blu Jamm

Two acoustic guitars and a percussionist switching between djembe and cajon: that's the whole of Blu Jamm, and it's why this Adelaide trio fits into corners a full band never could. The songs cover six decades, from the 60s to now, with the blues running underneath. Expect Van Morrison, J.J. Cale and Santana, then Paul Kelly, Daddy Cool, The Church and Angus & Julia Stone, with Dire Straits, Chris Isaak and Buddy Guy somewhere in between, plus a handful of their own songs. They read the crowd and shape the night around it, and when people want to dance they'll lift the pace. They bring the full rig, or plug into the venue's PA if you'd rather. Travel is up to 50 km.
