About
Arco Strings is a violinist based in Perth, WA.
Two violins make up Arco Strings, Ashley Arbuckle and Richard Price, both with long classical careers behind them here and overseas. For a smaller function they play with their own backing tracks. For something grander they bring in ElectriClassics, a string ensemble of about 14 players that can grow as big as you need. Classical music is the core, but they share a love of jazz and rock and arrange those for the two violins as well. That makes them a good match for a formal dinner, a wedding or an event where guests expect something a bit different from strings. Arco is Italian for the bow. Based in Perth.
