Thomas has more than a thousand weddings, company functions and private parties behind him, across 11 years as a DJ in Adelaide. That kind of mileage shows in the timing. He watches the floor closely and chooses each track for the moment, rather than running a fixed list. He can play just about anything, whether that's 50s classics, trance, hip hop, R&B, dance music or this week's Top 40. His own favourite is the 80s rock sing-along, which is handy late at a wedding when the older guests want their turn on the floor.
