The Jazz Dogs is a jazz band based in Melbourne, VIC.
Snappily dressed as a pack of well-groomed dogs, The Jazz Dogs play cool, swinging tunes on chunky tenor and baritone saxophones over a snappy rhythm. It's music and street theatre at once, and the joke lands with serious guests as much as kids. They've worked the crowds at the Melbourne Grand Prix, the Australian Open and Melbourne arts festivals, and at shopping centre openings, pet expos, weddings, parties and company events. The pack comes as a duo or a trio. For a pet event they're an obvious choice, and at a festival or opening they give people something to follow and grin at.
