The Fabulous Chandeliers is a band based in Sydney, NSW.
Sixties girl group hits are the backbone of a Fabulous Chandeliers show, sung in tight harmony and staged with proper choreography and costume changes. The act plays up a cheeky back story about arriving from Turcutta in the US of A, and the banter between songs keeps that joke running. Over the night they move through the decades, from 40s swing to 70s soul, so you might hear Mr Postman, I Only Want to Be with You, Stop in the Name of Love and Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy in one show. The songs of The Supremes, The Shirelles, Lesley Gore, The Cookies and the Dixie Cups all get a turn. They'll shape the show around your function, corporate night or party. The group is Sydney-based.
