Susanne Hardy is a jazz duo based in Brisbane, QLD.
Susanne Hardy's voice is warm and soulful, and it sits nicely under the chatter of a cocktail party or the quiet of a wedding ceremony. The Brisbane jazz singer studied vocal performance through a Bachelor of Music at QUT and the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music, and she regularly works with skilled Brisbane jazz players. Ella Fitzgerald, Madeleine Peyroux and Eva Cassidy are among her influences. Couples often ask her for particular songs during the ceremony, and she's happy to learn them. At its simplest it's Susanne singing over piano or guitar, and it can grow to a four-piece band arranged around the style you want.
