Around 50 weddings a year go through Scott-e's decks, which is why a Perth reception is familiar ground for him. He's been a DJ for five years and has worked in the music industry for about 15. He doesn't stick to one genre. Big band swing, today's dance music and most things between are all fair game, so the set can follow the couple and their guests rather than a fixed playlist. On the technical side he beat matches and mixes in key, so one track slides into the next without a jolt. What he likes best is watching a quiet floor fill up and stay that way.
