Puppetrix

Squidge the rabbit has his own permit, which tells you a bit about Puppetrix. The Brisbane show mixes cheeky puppet characters with interactive magic for kids and families. Birthday parties and functions get a 45-minute show, while festivals and shopping centres get a tighter 30 minutes. Childcare centres and schools can book Laughter and Learning shows, and there are roving puppets and a puppet theatre too. The show needs about 2 by 2 metres, with room for the kids to sit in front. Everything else comes with them, though a big festival stage may need the venue's sound system. They're insured, hold a current Blue Card and travel up to 50 km.
