Perth Saxophone Player

Serge 'Pépé' Le Goueff's two-hour solo show, A Saxophone Journey, mixes storytelling with jazz and musical theatre, and it's built to carry a room on its own. He plays every size of saxophone, from soprano and alto to tenor and baritone, along with flute and clarinet, and he sings. The French-born musician trained in classical music at a conservatorium in France, then went on to WAAPA, where he earned an arts degree majoring in jazz performance. His concert work has taken him around the world, sharing stages with Gene Pitney, James Morrison and the Glenn Miller big band. He's based in Perth and plays weddings, cocktail functions, corporate events and venue bookings.
