Perth Great Gatsby Band is a band based in Perth, WA.
Beyoncé, the Jackson 5 and Guns N' Roses, all played as if it were 1925. Perth Great Gatsby Band is an eight-piece that reworks modern songs in 1920s and 30s jazz style, with trumpet, trombone and sax up front, banjo and guitar, keyboards, double bass, drums and a singer. It's made for a Gatsby or Roaring Twenties theme, where the music matches the costumes and people can still dance to songs they recognise. The players are drawn from Perth's working musicians. They take themed events, corporate functions, private parties and special occasions.
