Paul Andrews bills himself as not your normal magician, and he sizes the show to the room. For weddings and corporate functions, he strolls between guests with close-up table magic. Close-Up Cabaret is for private parties and exclusive events of 6 to 60 people, while Comedy Cabaret plays to audiences from 60 up to 3,000 at events, in parks and on cruises. Expect mind reading done in a bizarre way, what he calls the world's oldest deck of cards, and plenty you wouldn't expect from a magician. He also works as a comedy compere, wedding host and corporate presenter, and he's a member of the Inner Magic Circle. All he needs is a small area and reasonable lighting. Brisbane-based, he's insured and travels up to 300 km.
