Mystic is a jazz band based in Perth, WA.
Mystic are a Perth jazz band for the part of the evening when the music should sit under the conversation. The singer has a deep, rich, soulful voice, and the band takes its lead from Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan and Nina Simone, playing well-known standards with plenty of polish. A small room might get just two of them and a big one all five, with a trio or quartet in between. They've played overseas and have shared the stage with James Morrison and Vince Jones. Cocktail parties, weddings, birthdays, corporate events and venues are all regular work.
