MLB Entertainment builds the band around your brief, anywhere from an acoustic ensemble for a small wedding to a full show band for a corporate gala. Musical director Sam Ainslie founded the collective and draws on a pool of professional players. Their approach is live musicians over custom-produced backing tracks, which lets a smaller line-up sound much bigger, and they write their own arrangements for each event. The technical setup has backup gear built into it. The Melbourne outfit works mostly at high-end weddings and corporate functions, and line-ups range from a solo performer up to 14 players.
