Mindful Productions

Mindful Productions bring a theatre show and a wellbeing workshop to Victorian high schools. The show, #GoodEnough, puts a teacher, students and parents on stage alongside two characters of the mind, the Inner Critic and the Inner Motivator. It's non-naturalistic theatre, and students get to interact with those voices and see that they can choose which one to listen to. Straight after comes a Self-Talk workshop, where students picture their own inner voices and act them out. Ally Aurora arrives with the whole set, down to a fold-out single bed, two hat racks and a speaker. The school just provides a small table and three chairs. The team is Melbourne-based, carries its own liability cover, and each member has cleared a Working With Children Check.
