About
Martini Club is a band based in Sydney, NSW.
A DJ sits at the centre of every Martini Club booking, however big the line-up gets, starting as a duo of DJ and vocalist and building out step by step until it's eight players deep with two singers, sax, trumpet, drums and guitar. For a wedding, that DJ keeps the pre-dinner mood soft and understated before the live players step in for three 45-minute sets once the couple's first dance is done, timed deliberately to build the room toward the dance floor. Earlier in the day there's also an acoustic option, Latin jazz guitar and sax or an acoustic duo, that can cover the ceremony itself. The Sydney act has played for ASX top 100 companies as well as the Big Day Out.
