Jon Madd's magic happens right under your guests' noses. Jon roves the room and performs for a small group at a time, which makes the act a handy icebreaker while people are still finding their feet at a private party or corporate event. Card magic is the specialty, but balloons, beer bottles, rings, rubber bands and other everyday objects all get pulled in too. No stage or big set-up is needed, and the tricks work just as well on the tables. For larger events with a stage, the show is tailored and the requirements change. More than a decade of performing has covered venues, functions and festivals locally, interstate and overseas. The paperwork is sorted too: Jon's Working With Children Check sits alongside police clearance and public liability insurance. Perth-based, Jon will travel up to 100 km.
