Jazz Piano by Gerry Joe Weise

Gerry Joe Weise plays his own music, and that's the program: original contemporary jazz piano, all of it composed by him. He has released several albums and toured internationally, with festival dates at Byron Bay Bluesfest and Blues on Broadbeach at home, plus Sommer Festival in Munich and, in France, both Festival de Jazz Leognan and the Amiens Jazz Festival. Book him solo, or scale up through duo, trio, quartet and quintet line-ups to a ten-piece dectet. When the music is meant to be one of the evening's attractions, at a listening room or a dinner, original work like this gives the evening its own character. He's based in Byron Bay and travels nationwide.
