James Flynn

James Flynn fronts his own jazz band, and he'll size it to your event, from a duo up to his best-known line-up, the seven-piece Fly Little Big Band. He sings in his own style, jazz classics next to contemporary hits and a few of his originals, and his repertoire tops 400 songs, so the list can be shaped around your requests. He's also an actor and an experienced MC, with two consecutive years hosting at the Singapore International Jazz Festival and a turn hosting Gregory Porter's concert in Singapore. He can help with speeches and will write a personalised song for the occasion. Setting up and sound checking takes a couple of hours, usually finished before guests arrive, at a time that suits you. Two decades of performing sit behind all of it. Perth-based and insured, he travels nationwide.
