Glass Divas

Glass Divas are a short feature act built to be seen under lights. An opera singer and a violinist perform in costumes covered in glass crystals, and the violin itself is made of glass with LED lighting inside, so it glows as it's played. The music is popular opera over orchestral backing tracks, including Nessun Dorma, Brindisi and Summertime. It works best as a set piece, either to open an evening or as the feature after dinner, when the room is seated and watching. A roving version is also possible, with a smaller headdress in place of the full one. They'll send a tech rider ahead of the night. Melbourne is home, with travel up to 50 km.
