G-Man & The Powerhouse

G-Man & The Powerhouse can cover the whole night, band and DJ. When the live set finishes the DJ takes over, so the party carries straight on. Gaurav, known as G-Man, fronts the band and has more than 17 years of professional gigs behind him, with regular shows around Melbourne and performances overseas. The music moves between rock, pop, soul, reggae, blues and funk, with crowd-favourite covers mixed in, and he names Marvin Gaye, John Mayer, Tracy Chapman, Led Zeppelin, Chaka Khan and U2 among his influences. G-Man can play acoustic solo, as a duo with percussion, or as a trio adding keys or sax. The four-piece has bass, drums and guitar, the five-piece adds keys or sax, and a six-piece brings in a female vocalist. DJ-only and acoustic-plus-DJ options are there too. Based in Cheltenham, Victoria, travelling Australia-wide.
