Flux State

Flux State are a late-night band for dancers who'd like something fresher than the usual hits. The Sydney band mixes electronic and acoustic instruments, taking the improvising habits of jazz and setting them against hard-hitting electronic beats, with a more reflective, musical side running underneath. Their sound grew out of DIY underground warehouse parties in the Inner West, and they play on Gadigal land in Eora, where a devoted local following has been building around the live set. Give them an after-party, a launch or a warehouse-style party and let the music carry it.
