It's a group of professional jazz musicians fronted by Elissa's vocals, and you set the mood: uptempo swing, or gentler music in the background. The book of standards is big and ready at short notice, with All of Me, Autumn Leaves, Summertime, Fever, Bye Bye Blackbird, Lullaby of Birdland, Come Fly with Me and St James Infirmary among them. Most bookings are two sets of around 50 minutes each, split by a 20-minute pause, and that can change to suit you. The duo is voice and guitar, the trio adds your choice of bass, drums, sax or piano, and the full band has voice, guitar, drums, bass and sax. All the equipment comes with the band; a power point is the only request. Melbourne-based and insured, travelling up to 100 km.
