Dave Spicer

Jazz has been part of Dave Spicer's life since he was five. Teachers kept turning him away as too young until he found Walter Lund, who led the Channel Nine Band and went on to teach him for the next eleven years. These days Dave leads a trio, and three players is a comfortable size when guests at a cocktail function or wedding want live jazz that leaves room to talk. He takes corporate evenings and private parties too. The trio works out of Brisbane.
