Daren Martin is a saxophone player based in Brisbane, QLD.
Jazz is where saxophonist Daren Martin is happiest, and he plays it solo. He's done his time in bands, but on his own he has room to improvise and try new things, so each set wanders somewhere new. A lone sax suits the stretch of a night when people are mingling with a drink in hand: a cocktail party, the gap between a wedding ceremony and dinner, or a corporate evening where the sax sits quietly beneath the conversation. He plays private functions too. Daren is based in Brisbane.
