Dare mixes magic with engineering. He's qualified to master's level as an electronics engineer, and that background shows in routines built around mobile phones and technology, alongside card magic and mentalism. The format is flexible. Roving magic needs no set-up, and he arrives 20 minutes early carrying everything. A close-up parlour show takes 15 minutes to prepare. For stage magic he confirms sound and lighting with the venue beforehand and arrives an hour early to check it, and as a magical MC he'll work through the script and run sheet with you in planning sessions before the day. Shows scale from a couple of people to thousands. Insurance is in place for public liability and for professional indemnity, and he works nationwide from a Sydney base.
