Bomba Latin Fusion is a Latin band based in Perth, WA.
Congas, timbales and bongos drive the sound of Bomba Latin Fusion, a Perth dance band whose whole aim is a full floor, start to finish. That percussion sits on a rock rhythm section of drums, bass, keys and guitar, with brass or accordion added. The set moves through Santana classics, Latin pop and recent radio hits from Carlos Vives, Juanes, Daddy Yankee and Maná, with reggae, funk and soul along the way, sung in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The band formed in 2016 around musicians from Peru, Chile and Colombia, led by guitarist and singer Miguel. On the mic they'll talk to the crowd in English or Spanish, whichever suits your guests. They play festivals, pubs, bars and larger venues, as well as private parties.
