Bim Bom Set is a jazz band based in Mornington, VIC.
Bossa nova, Latin jazz and folk blend together in a Bim Bom Set performance, with a good share of improvising along the way. Mas Que Nada, One Note Samba and Agua de Beber sit next to swing and ballad standards such as Autumn Leaves, Skylark, Blue Moon and Summertime, plus Take 5, Walking on the Moon and a song called Bim Bom. Poul Grage, Dale Finch, Bernadette Mether, David Bell and Tonino Berghella make up the band. It's music for an attentive room, which makes them a lovely choice for a house concert, a garden party or a wedding dinner. Give them power, and shelter for an outdoor gig. From their Mornington base, they'll travel anywhere in Victoria.
