Ashley Hutton plays saxophone with feeling and a good sense of dynamics, knowing when to pull back and when to let it fly. The Brisbane player has recorded and performed with a long list of artists, among them Kita Alexander, Tower of Power, JUNO, Thando Sikwila, Stonebwoy, Leisure Collective, Blake O'Connor, Nicki Bomba and Jude York. That work has taken him to Woodford Folk Festival, Brisbane Festival, CMC Rocks, Promiseland and the Melbourne International Jazz Festival.
