Zigmo is a musical trio based in Sydney, NSW.
Zigmo can be one musician or twenty. The core is a Sydney trio playing jazz with soul, reggae, blues and disco folded in, but the same outfit comes as solo guitar and vocals, adds a horn section when you want more punch, grows into a six-piece dance band, or swells to a full big band of 20 jazz players. That range makes it easy to keep one act through a long event, smaller for drinks and bigger for the dance. Most weeks they hold down residencies in a handful of Sydney bars and restaurants, so they know how to play to a room that's eating and talking. Corporate and private functions make up the rest.
