Acoustic or plugged in: that's the first thing to settle when you book Witchlock, because this blues duo does both. Two musicians make up the act, and the sound is soulful blues shaped by BB King, The Doors and The Rolling Stones. The acoustic version sits well in a smaller room or early in the evening, when people are still talking. The electric set earns its place in a bar or at a party once the crowd wants some volume. Witchlock are based in Maitland.
