Wind and Wood

Flute and guitar is an unusual pairing, and Wind and Wood make it work across folk, blues, country rock, soul and jazz blues. The Cairns duo sing in harmony, play their own songs next to covers, and arrange the covers their own way. There are more than 260 songs to pick from, and they'll talk with you first about what sort of show you're after before shaping a set list around it. Their setup fits in a space of 6 by 4 metres, with their own PA and desk. They carry performers insurance and travel nationwide.
