Willis Anne

Willis Anne plays for the club crowd that wants something harder and stranger than the usual dance floor. His sets pull together techno, footwork and experimental club music, built on broken rhythms and heavy low end, and he improvises a lot, working the mix by hand rather than running a fixed list. He also performs live and records as FOREIGNER. Away from the decks, he founded LAN, which runs as both a record label and a club night. He's based in Naarm, Melbourne. Think late-night parties, warehouse events and club rooms where people came specifically to dance to electronic music.
