Whose Party

Whose Party are an alt-rock band from Meanjin, Brisbane, mixing grungy riffs, pop rhythms and airy vocals, with plenty of contrast between the loud and soft parts. They formed in 2025 and reached the semi-finals of The Brightside's Battle of the Bands off the back of their very first show. The singles came quickly. River to the Bay landed in October 2025, Dark Inside and Close My Eyes followed, and the fourth is Cutting the Vines. It's original music, so they suit a live music venue or a festival bill where people have come to hear a band's own songs.
