Wheelhouse Deluxe is a cover band based in Toowoomba, QLD.
Start with an acoustic set while guests arrive, then bring on the full band once the floor is ready. That's the kind of night Wheelhouse Deluxe plan for. The Toowoomba band's core line-up is a three-piece power trio, with solo, duo and four-piece options, and a horn section can join when you want a bigger, brassier sound. The songs are classic hits, pub rock and party anthems across the decades: Khe Sanh, Holy Grail, Never Tear Us Apart and Boys Light Up for the Aussie contingent, with Mr Brightside, Everlong, Sweet Home Alabama and Zombie among the rest. Harmonies are a strength, and they care a lot about their gear and tone. Most set-ups run off a single standard 10 amp power point. They travel nationwide.
