Wedded to the Harp

Harp and voice together: Wedded to the Harp is Karen Hickmott, a singer with classical training on the harp. Her repertoire takes in Celtic, Classical, Contemporary, Jazz and songs from stage and screen, built up over thirty years with orchestras, hotels, weddings, parties, corporate events and funerals. Ask her for gentle music under the chatter at dinner or cocktails, for your ceremony, or for a featured performance where the room stops to listen. She enjoys working through the choices with you so the music fits the day. Book her solo or as a duo, and if you'd like a bigger group, she often plays with other musicians and can put together the ensemble you want. She's based at Toowoon Bay and travels Australia-wide.
