Wayne Goldsmith would rather work with an audience than lecture at it. His sessions are built around conversation and engagement, and the aim is for people to put the ideas to work in their own jobs. His three decades of work cover leadership, change management, coaching and team building. Topics include The Talent Myth, Leading Without Leading, Ten Second Leadership, The Power of Choice, Gain, Train and Retain, storytelling for leaders, and learning in the TikTok era. He's written books on several of these, and you can book a package that puts a copy in every audience member's hands. For a regional team or a tighter budget, he presents online over Zoom or Teams. In the room he likes whiteboards and markers, a lapel mic and a projector if slides or video are involved. Home base is the Gold Coast, and he'll travel anywhere in Australia.
