WAIT 'TIL TOMORROW: The Songs of Silverchair is a tribute band based in Brisbane, QLD.
Frogstomp, played front to back, is one of the options this Brisbane trio offers. WAIT 'TIL TOMORROW play the songs of Silverchair: Tomorrow, Pure Massacre, Israel's Son, Freak, Ana's Song (Open Fire), Anthem for the Year 2000, The Greatest View, Straight Lines and more, with some Nirvana thrown in, such as Lithium, In Bloom and Heart-Shaped Box. Drums, bass, guitar and vocals, loud and mostly fast, with a few quieter songs for contrast. The usual format is one 50-minute set, or two sets split by a 20-minute break. Plan on a 3 m by 5 m flat area in an enclosed room, a 12-channel PA with three foldback wedges and four drum mics, plus a spotlight on the singer. They take requests ahead of the gig, cover South East Queensland and beyond by arrangement, and hold public liability insurance.
